Hey all. Does anyone have a photo of the hypercharger from the front? I am curious of how far out it sticks (profile). Thanks!!

Not quite from the front, but I can tell you that it sticks out less than the stock air cleaner. My leg used to occasionally touch the stock one..

Looks glossy, do you sell this with more of a matte finish? Like the rest of the engine?

B-Rad, sorry as mentioned that is the finish Kuryakyn supplies but, it could be simply re-powdercoated or painted to the desired color

I don't really feel it's sticking way to far. If you look close enough it does stick out, but the OEM with its dome shape sticks out farther I can actually hit it with my knees sometimes, while the Hypercharger my knees never touch it.

I'm on the same boat, thinking too much about it. My ride came with the BAK but the hypercharger gives it a different look that I am definitely diggin', like a more beefy, muscle look.

Always been on the edge about getting one of the RAM air systems. Just really curious about a shower or even a down poor (rain). They all appear to look as if they would suck in the water!

The oiled filter should keep out the water unless you were riding like some type of bonehead in the rain hitting the throttle hard sucking in a ton of air. I've been caught out and never had an issue. You could also buy a sock to put over the filter when the rain starts.
