I decided to take the rear belt pulley off today and strip it down to the metal and paint it. i started this process at about 11 AM. I had it all done and it was perfect . I mean PERFECT! I went to put it back together and lost the wheel and it turned over and scratched the pulley up alot. So now I have started over. I will see if I can get some help when I put it back next time.

Needed to vent thank you.

Oooohh..lol...

****, I would've gone all the way and painted the whole **** thing black as long as I had it off... No??
I have to agree with this
You should read the entire thread. I did paint it all. I kept hitting it when putting it back on and scratching it up. Its not silver now. its bare semi polished alluminum with the center painted black. My plan is to get another one and have it powder coated.

How much you think that would set you back for the new one and the powdercoat?

I think I have that solved also. I am going to get mine done at a local place. I can drop it off one morning and pick it up that afternoon. And its gonna be 35 dollars.
