I got 45.0 mpg on my last tank. I've averaged 40.8 over the life of the bike and the most I ever got before on a tank was 41.8. Hope this trend continues. It's not like I rode it any different. Same ol commute to work.

I did. Stopped at an ol timey station out in the middle of no where on the way to work because his prices are 10 cents cheaper than everyone else. He still has the old pumps with number dials instead of the digital displays. I avoided getting gas here before because I thought to myself, "How long does the gas sit in his tanks before the tanker comes to refill. That gas has gotta be old."

Pretty cool place. He has a 10x10 room sectioned off in the station with a window unit to keep it cool. The only products are big grab chips and soda. The rest of the store is his mechanic shop.

The more twisties I drive the lower my mpg goes. I went on 2 separate 200 mile day runs that were equal hwy & twisties/mountain & got 47mpg. My last tank with no hwy was 40mpg. I've had my bike 3 1/2 weeks, driven 1,400 miles and averaged 41mpg overall. My worst tank was 35mpg but what a ride that was ;D
