On my 636 I used to watch the digital engine temp gauge. Now when I look down all I see i the time. It was kinda reassuring to know what was going on with the bike at a glance instead of depending on an idiot light. I wish they would come out with a speedo for the Stryker that had one. I've seen where you can mount a shift indicator and a tach on the handle bars. Do they make one for our bikes that would do the temp?

Was the 636 air cooled? My ZZR is air cooled and has the temp gauge. I think since the stryker is water cooled it's not as important for the rider to know. I could be wrong, it wouldn't be the first time.

No it was an '03 ZX6R 636 and it was liquid cooled. It sucked because in order to add coolant you had to remove the right faring. Luckily I never had to. But I was always curious how much it had in it. It never ran hot on me.
