I know it's a tad expensive, but I kinda like the look of it on the new HD Breakout. With all of this side mount plate stuff we've been talking about, I wonder if this side mount license plate bracket would fit on our fender stays like the HD?

Very cool mounting concept. I am sure visualsinz could probably make something similar specific to the stryker. the thing to keep in mind is if you have the stock turn signals, they might get in the way? You would want the lic plate low and back enough to not interfere with side bags if you have them as well. I do think it is a neat concept as an alternative mounting spot to the axle bolt.
Would look nice with some of those flush brake light turn signal systems I have seen others mount on their bikes.

Just think of the repairs you'll have on a genuine Chinese HD part. And of course the puddle of oil under your license plate, my head swims!
