Hey guys, i received already my new Pipes, I'm about to install them this sunday, but i never did this before. I alreday watch the video from low and mean, the one is really detail and helpull.

Anybody have an aditional TIP???

Yeah make sure to have some blankets or something down. Oh and make sure that the clamp doesn't hit any part of the chrome when you are tightening them up. I learned the hard way and had to prelace an $80 part when the chrome started to crack and peel.

For ease of install, loosen the radiator bolts so you can move it slightly out of the way and wont run the risk of damaging and ask a friend to help hold the pipes while you guide and bolt. Dont over tighten header bolts and retorque after a 100 or so miles.

If you take the lower rad bolts out so you can drop and move out the rad, then you can use 2 long extensions and go between the rad and the frame for that hard to reach exhaust nut. And do not forget to put masking tape on the frame down tube. This prevents any scratching when you swapping that front header.
