Here is the missus getting ready for her first voyage. :D

The pipes ... yeah, I have been going back and forth on pipes for 2.5 years now. I've finally grown attached to the 'cannons' as I call them. The sound of the gutted pipes makes me smile and having something just a bit different than the 5 Raiders I sometimes ride with in town makes it worth the $20 spent gutting them. I have attached the my favorite view of the cannons ... lol

well....... how did she do?
Had one guy do a triple take when she came to a set of lights. The long hair out the back is just plain sexy :D

The only issue I made her aware of was that she tends to peddle her feet when taking off. I told her once she decides to go, go! Put your feet on the pegs and giver. Other than that, she did pretty good. I can see my patience will be tested as I don't know that she got out of second gear and it took a while to reach that. lol

I see it! Good catch.LOL ;D
Done ... did that after taking the pictures. The dealer sticker they put on the rear fender just above the Yamaha sticker - gone as well. The Yamaha sticker I wasn't sure of, but I have confirmation that that to can come off. The only one she wants to leave on is the Star sticker/emblem

Have patients, my wife still peddles after 5,000 miles. I think PCS offers hydraulic Stabilizers,(training wheels), Have you seen those? They come down when you come to a stop and go back up when you take of. Don't have to put your feet down.

yeah, when I was teaching my daughter to ride she peddled for quite a while, she's been riding a little rebel for a few years now, we're now looking to move her up to a 600 or maybe a Shadow 750, she does great now. Only thing she still does is put her feet down too soon when she comes to a stop and does the reverse peddle some. But she passed the test on her first try and that's better than I did.
