I have installed ISO grips with throtttle boss and end weights , passenger pegs with adaptors #8011 and front duely pegs with adaptor #8010 ,have brake & shift pegs to install maby tomorrow.
yes just lossen the slack on the the throttle cable to install , then do the passenger side it glues on and you want to match the angle of the grip to the other side.
I remember the first time I learn about bar end weights was on my old crotch rocket.. I though to myself, that these things are ugly so I ended up taking them off.. Well the next ride was horrible, and the vibration was really bad.. needless to say I ended up putting them back on.
I haven't looked at the bike lately, but do we have bar end weights on them now?
I am just wondering what the benifit is of putting them on if we don't have them now?
yes the stock setup did have weights then I went to a after market grip , now the ISO and I was surprissed how much difference the weights make they really help , they do make the bars/grips a little widder.
