Hello all!

I will make an introduction even though I am not a full fledged Stryker owner yet:frown:

Long story short, I am brand spakin new to riding, bought a used Boulevard C50T and almost instantly regretted it. Not because it's a bad bike but because I loved the Stryker the first time I saw it, actually the 2012 copper blacked out. When I finally decided to make the plunge and start riding I visited the local dealer and they had just sold both of their 2012 Ravens. Instead of pursuing a different avenue I started looking around and talked myself into a cheaper older bike.

I have found a dealer in OH (I'm in Indiana, Indianapolis area) that is trying to get rid of a 2012 copper for a GREAT price and my local dealer said he can probably get one in for me. I have said I will wait until after my safety course in June but I'm not sure I can!

Been trolling for a month or so and decided to join the site last night and then decided to go ahead and intro myself instead of waiting. I know myself too well and now that I have a burr up the backside I will probably act on it fairly soon anyhow:D

Welcome and great color choice. Be prepared to get a lot of attention and compliment when you do get one. Its rare when I am filing up and someone does not come up and ask about the bike and compliment it.

Welcome from PA! You will not regret getting a Stryker. This is a great forum so feel free to ask whatever questions you like. We were all new riders at some point so we know what you're going through.

Welcome from Pittsboro, IN. I've had the same experience as Strykeback. I also dealt with Westfield Motorsports, they were much easier to deal with than Dryer.

Well, it took almost 3 months but brought my new 2011 Copper home yesterday! Found one in Northern Indiana and then proceed to get caught in a **** of a storm yesterday and spent 30+ min under the overpass. I have to say, it ADDED to the adventure!

Thanks DraEagWol. I preregistered for the event a few weeks back and now somethings have popped up on Sat. so not sure what the plans are. Also debating about taking the boys down to the Kid's Abate program they are having to let them tryout the dirt bikes. I'll ping if it looks like we might ride down!

Right on! Always enjoy riding with a group... wish we could get more area Stykers together... there is more than a 1/2 dozen of us in the greater Indy area...
