So, here's a mod I picked up from a forum I frequented for my old V-Star 650. Although I never did this mod while I owned that bike, I had saved the component to do this mod..... and thought of it the other day and finally did it for my Stryker which looks even better on it!
OK, so it's not a motorcycle mod, so much as a key mod, but it does in my opinion look better on the Stryker as a mod than most other bikes due to the ignition location and look. All it took was the screw-on grip end from my stock V-Star grips. (They're not weighted solid metal bar ends like our stock Stryker grip ends.)
To fit this mod well to the Stryker, I had to trim the head of my Stryker key to about half, then did some more test fits with the key in the ignition and the "cap" placed on top. Once I found the sweet spot, I used some epoxy to fill in the grip end about 1/3 of the way, with the key held in place. As the epoxy began to setup a bit, but not completely, I placed the key in the ignition and made sure the "cap"/ grip end, was centered over the key well so that the cap would evenly seat subtly around the ignition. This fit and looked better than it ever would've on my V-star, that's for sure. For me, I first thought what an odd place for the ignition to be when I looked at the Strykers before buying mine.... but this remedied this as being an eye sore spot for me..... ;D
