I noticed my stems vib badly at around 55 mph

Hey guys
Anybody have problem with these?
I've heard some have problems over 60mph....but that's not my issue. My right side mirror vibrates....it seems like its the actual mirror tho inside the housing. Its not the stem. I tried tightening down the allen screws on yhe back but that didn't help. Defective?
Any help is appreciated.
Btw...yes I used the correct adaptors.
