I installed the Low and Mean LED Tail Light Saturday. It really gives the rear a more customized look. That Duck Bill, Lollipop set up had to go. The Chrome License Plate Holder was on back order and they will send it later. I understood the Kit had a License Plate Light, but there wasn't one in the box. I am waiting for a call back on that. Meanwhile I used the light from the OEM assembly.

The Turn Signals aren't as noticeable as the Yellow Lollipops but will probably be okay. They do blink faster than normal and may need a Load Equalizer to slow them back to normal. It may be the faster blinking will draw more attention anyway.

This is one of those mods that I would like todo, but I prefer the visibility of the oem signals.

It does look cleaner.

Sarge, I'm guessing about 16". It is attached to the aluminum mount that bolts to OEM holes in the fender. It almost wraps all the way around, except by 1/2" on each side.

Congrats on the mod! I have the same one installed and I LOVE IT. After riding with some friends the feedback was the same throughout. Everyone loved it at night time, great visibility all the way around. Now, daytime, a different story, you can not see the brake or turn signals! Everyone of my friends complained that unless they were look directly at my light they could not tell if I was braking or not.

Danny, that's disappointing to hear. I will step off a few car lengths and have someone apply the brake during the daytime to see myself how it looks.

That is good information for others to know. Like most mods, there are pros and cons to them ans as long as one knows both sides of the coin, they can make a decision.

I still like it! Although being one who is almost ODC, if I removed the front signals I'd have to remove the front signals lol

You are very welcome Mr. Fuzz! As you can see in my pics I incorporated baby bullet lights to work only as brake lights. This did help the matter! Now it at least it catches one's attention behind me. The baby bullets do not function with my running or turn signals.

Yes, to all who install the L&M Brake, please be careful as the light really does not catch ones attention in the daytime. Just to verify this matter, I road my friends raider as he road my stryker and I can personally confirm that it is not visible on a beautiful sunny day!!! But with a little creativity, I have a brake light that works with the clean look I was seeking!!!

Are you guys running the smoke or red lense? I got the clear and it is plenty bright even during the day. Just got out of a moto safety course and the instructors even commented on how good they worked.

I chose the Red Tube. I may add a 6" Integrated light bar on the License plate holder to add some Brake and Turn lights.

Mr. Fuzz, that was one option I looked at when trying to figure this thing out. There are many different options for lighting out there, just have to look for something which suits your taste. I liked the license plate holders with the LED's and I almost went with one from Custon Dymanics. I wanted to test myself a bit and and build something as I am not that guy. So, I made a bracket out of aluminum and even did some aluminum welding so I can mount my baby bullets, once it was complete I had accomplished two things. First, My chances of getting run over decreased, and second I fabricated something for my bike which was the best payout for me.

Either way, there are many options out there for this problem.

To add a little more visibility to the rear without losing the "Cool Factor", I added the Radiantz License Plate Frame (Black) with LED Lic Plate Light, Red Brake and Red Turn Signals. I think it turned out okay.
