I choose the gas cap as an example because I really dig it but not for the listed price of $59.00.
I'd love to hear your opinions.

Sadly yes, they are one of very few companies making parts for the Stryker. So we get our pockets picked. Guys in the sport bike world would laugh at the prices we're asked to pay cause there are just SO many suppliers available to them.coors said:They are high but they are the only ones that make stuff for the stryker
My point is I think they could profit more if their products were priced more competively. Think about it...they give pretty steep discounts for group buys, whuch results in a large order. Just think if that was the regular price.StrykenShane said:I love Low and Mean and could care les what they charge for their goods, they are practically the only builder of aftermarket custom parts for our rides and this is a limited market and they have overhead and being a business owner myself I understand the costs involved.
You good Sir, must have some real deep pockets.StrykenShane said:I love Low and Mean and could care les what they charge for their goods
Well I do have to say the last several years my family has been blessed with great results from me working my fingers to the bone building our little business. My point is there aren't that many of our bikes on the road so this is a limited market for them. I have no facts but I've seen maybe 10 other Strykers on the road since I bought mine and only one of them was modded at all and it just had bags. So basically not everybody wants to mod this bike so their market is limited.wormburner said:You good Sir, must have some real deep pockets.StrykenShane said:I love Low and Mean and could care les what they charge for their goods
I unfortunately, have to save for my mods. As I'm sure many members do.
L & M's pricing makes that very hard.
To the contrary, and with all due respect, I think the feedback here has a general theme that the good folks at L&M should see as valuable. Every vendor should want to hear what potential customers have to say about pricing and quality of products.Stryker73 said:I think this whole pole is not a very effective way to get one an improved product or two build a realtionship with a vendor, I say nay nay guys
I agree, if that was the case it would for sure draw my attention. But for now it would take me a few months to stash cash to even come close to placing order for something.midlifecrisis said:My point is I think they could profit more if their products were priced more competively.
