Ok.. So I was asked if I still wanted a leather riding vest.. Was supposed to have gotten it as a gift and at the time the one I wanted wasn't available so it was a "i'll get it at a later time" type of deal.. Anyway it was forgotten about and recently the topic came back up and I was asked if I still wanted the same one or something different.. Just wanted to see what some others were using.. I started looking around and found a few that I like but cant decided if I should just go with a plain black vest, a vest with color (blue), or one with skulls or something..

This is one I found with color.. (I have blue stryker so blue would be the color)

I like the plain, leaves a good canvas for patches etc later on.

Plain is nice if you want to add patches of places you have been, etc. I have a plain vest which I am gather patches to add.

But I also like the one with the skull.

No specific sites.. Just been looking all over the internet for different designs and ideas.. I really like the ones that have the reflective skulls.. Like I said previously it gives a little added visibility at night.. I just wasn't sure if the skulls were "played out".. I don't think I will find myself patching up any vests but you never know.. Guess I'll have to keep looking..

I have a vest from leather up, not a fan. Got a new one at San Diego Leather Jacket Factory (leather.com). Twice the price but 4 times the quality.

Just my .02, River Road vests are nice, I usually buy button up vests in 1 size smaller and ad vest extenders so I can rock the vest in the summer too but have good airflow too

I like the matching blue on the vest if your bike is blue. I do like the skulls but I believe they are ICON type and see a lot of them on jackets and vests - and I don't like to be have something that everyone else has.
