I am looking for a horizontal plate kit that would possibly mount onto either the belt guard or passanger peg, I don't have the tools to take the axle off myself.

I saw a few threads but most look like they make them, which again don't have tools to do. anybody know a good one to purchase that isn't crazy expensive?

That looks good. I might actually buy one. Only problem I see is the god-awful bold description.

A lot of states (like mine here in Wa.) require the plate to be horiz and visible from behind the bike on either side.
I can get away with what I built though, I guess I have it far enough back to keep them happy.

I can if he is not making them any more. I can make anything that people want really, but I dont want to make something that someone else on the forum is currently making (good form and all).

Yea would order one too of they just slide over the axle bolt take the vertical though. Maybe ya could get the info from him

I will probably make my own design, but it might look similar. I like to make one design for many applications, so I will probably have one that can mount vertical or horizontal on the axle and the same as well for mounting elsewhere.

I would like to see a black horizontal one that covers the rear pulley and that will swivel inward. I would like to reach back with my foot and pull it parallel to the bike then again with my foot push it back into place.
