For those of you who have cut the LM front fender at one of the two cutting lines.....

How did you do it? Hack saw, dremel?
What did you do to make sure it came out straight and even?

I'd like to cut mine, due to some rubbing issues on the bottom, and also so the bottom is more in line with the chin scoop....

Thanks for any advice

Just curious.. Is cutting the fender mandatory? Is there a specific reason that one would "have" to trim it? I see you put that yours was rubbing.. What exactly is rubbing? Is it a common issue? I see the group buy is going on and thinking about making the purchase but just wanted to find this out first..

Cutting is not mandatory, there are lines scribed into the gel coat from LM that are a guide to make it more pointy at the bottom.

I used tape along the line to help keep me straight and a dremel with the carbon fiber wheel deal.

I've got the L&M front fender. It rubs just a little on the very edge of the right side of the tire. How do you adjust the fender to get it to line up even?
I just put masking tape over the tire and rolled the bike back and forth a couple times to actually see where it was rubbing. Adjust fender. Repeat. Takes a while but it works.
