I ordered these but they require a national cycle windshield.

There might be someway to make them work on their own...with different types of hardware. I can say though it's a perfect setup, the wind is perfect now before I bought them and had the windshield only it was buffeting pretty badly.

Do you know what size, and if anyone has these installed on our bikes?
Ditto that question!

I've seen on their website they have a "universal" one for cruisers --- just don't know how well it would work on our bikes - especially for those of us that use the MS Batwing... as well as the Lindby Linbar.... which is why I can't use MS's fork deflectors....

May have to shoot them an inquiry... with some pics to see what they say... kinduve pricey tho right now for me... so may have to wait till after the holiday's...

I got a response back, and I asked them about mounting it on the frame (right where the radiator is", and they said without the bracket size, they wouldn't know since they've never made that. They do specify about the Lindbar, but if you have one of these I'd suggest shooting them an email. I installed scootmods forward controls, and I don't think that the lindbar will fit.

I'm about to order MS deflectors (using the victory vegas) clamps set. Better 90 than the 350.

The Lindby Linbar will fit with the Scootmods 3" forward control.... I have both...
Which MS deflectors clamp set you getting? --- the one that goes on the forks?

From the Air Wings email that I've received, I'm decyphering that the wings mount inside the Lindbar. They just need the diameter of the bar for them to be mounted.

My first choice is to go with Victory Vegas mounts (Since this is the MS mount kit for the batwing) to get them mounted on the forks. If need be, then make bigger deflectors if the ones from MS don't do the job well enough. Although those that have stated, they do work well. I have about a month (I hope) left of riding weather here up North (without spending $$$ on gear), so this would probably be a off-season project.

I'd have to go with the ones that mount on the Lindbar or inside the Lindbar as they say, because the MS ones that go on the forks will not work if you have the Lindbar... I've tried...

Still that's alot of $crat$ch to be paying for those Wings... I'd have to really see them on the bike, and to know that they really do the job that we need to do before I'd spend the money...

Agree with you, on all accounts. Wind Deflectors on Forks while you have a Lindbar is going to cut down your steering clearance. If you have Lindbar, 350 bucks is a lot of money for something like that. You could probably come up with something that you could make yourself (inserts of sort) from lexcon or aluminum for those long highway hauls. Fork mounted...those are 90 bucks total...seems like a better solution.

pictures are not clear on how they are mounted on regular cruisers, but the second picture doesn't show the cruiser with any type of highway bar.

The paragraph also states:

straight from their website:

Special Note:
On Lindby Custom Highway Bar - Universal Bar Mount Air Wings™ w/Uppers™ can be mounted, however, you will NOT be able to use the foot rests as the Air Wings™ w/Uppers™ will interfere.

So what would be the diameter for the Lindby...

It's only about a 2 hr ride from my place to theirs... may have to take a ride and have em look at my bike and see if there is anything that they have that would work, look good, & function well... that is when I have $350 just laying around burning a hole in my pocket.... lol

That's good. I don't think I'll ever have 350 for such a small improvement...there are definitely other things to spend money on...
