No worries Jan....You can go either route...just the dog bones are easier to install and cost less...and if you go with a avon 240 there is no worries about it hitting bottom...like most things people have opinions...but I honestly see no reason to do the spring. Yes the drop changes the height...umm that's the point of a drop. I think it makes the bike ride better than stock...lower center of gravity and all.StrykerJan said:
