If any if you all are running the adjustable cobra O2 tuner, have you all had a loss in your gas mileage? I filled up right after I put my pipes and tuner on. The first tank I noticed a slight loss. This second tank and I'm at 78 miles when the fuel thing popped up the last 0 before the fuel light goes on.

I also called cobra and they said fill up leave the green pod set at 2 then turn the red and yellow pods down to 4 instead of the factory setting of 2 green 5 yellow 5 red. They said it might still be running rich.

I increased my mileage from 35 to 42-52 (depending how much hot rodding I'm doing)

What mods do you have and what are your pod settings on the tuner? I just have cobra pipes and the tuner is set at green 2 yellow 5 red 5

I just have the cobra swept pipes and tuner as well for performance mods.

Mine is still set at what the directions said. I only have a backfire happen when I get on it hard and then let off the throttle hard.

It will be interesting to see what happens when I add my intake in a few weeks.

I have it set on factory 2-5-5 with intake and exhaust both upgraded. I get backfire on hard deceleration.

I don't have a cobra but I lost MPG when I put on my fuel controller because I was having fun hot ridding around. I went from ~38mpg average to ~30mpg.

You sure that's not what's happening to you? I just gotta ask!

I'm down to 30 mpg, but im going to fill up and bump the yellow and red pod setting down one like the dude from cobra said and see what happens.

I have the auto tuner and I lost a lot of mileage as well!? I thought it would get slightly better, not dramatically worse....the performance is great but something seems off

I have the Cobra Auto Tuner also and I have had no issue with gas mileage or anything else that I am aware of... 8)

on my second tank with auto tuner and cobra swepts. not sure if i truly lost mpg being i was testing everything out. but went from about 125 miles before light to 97 miles before light... we will see with this tank (if the dam rain from isaac ever stops) sigh
