I have to know...how many strips of lights do you have on that thing? I bought a 10 piece kit from Ledglow http://www.motorcycleledlights.com/Advanced-7-Color-Motorcycle-LED-Lights-10pc.aspx and I have only put on 7 of the strips so far. I'm debating on putting them inside the batwing and trying to figure out a good way to put them in the front fender.

I bought 11 of the 12in. strips. I ended up having to cut one of the strips in half to go behind the motor. Good luck with the front fender..I have the L&M fender and it seemed really tight under there. Only place I put them on my batwing is the contour of the headlight for now. Hopefully cars will see me coming before they pull of in front of me.

Can you run red lights while riding? I don't think we can in FL. If we can I want to do that. It looks so good.

Thanks Elle...Yes we can run the red, but not the blue. I also liked the way the blue looked. I just thought that I would try and match my speedo face red light.

I dont think we can use them in NY but I use red and make sure they aren't flashing. I have passed a few cops and haven't been stopped yet using the red. I only have lights though from under the rear fender, engine area and behind the radiator. I didn't put any in the front since they say you should use yellow (marker) lights and red in the rear. The kit I have has 7 colors and different fade and flash modes, not only does it make me more visible but it's fun to use when you go to the store and come out to see people checking out your bike, especially little kids that ooo and aah.

I want to add lights when I'm done modding the bike the way I want it, but since my is all blacked out, I wasn't sure how they would look. After seeing how Strykme1's bike looks, I think I try it.

I got the Chromeglow cruiser kit in all white with the 4 modes, I also added the wheel lights, looks really good at night

Can't wait to see pics of that. I just ordered my brake and turn signal kit from them. They seem to have good quality products!
