The exhaust is freaking awesome. Not too loud at cruising speed but boy do they howl when you get on the throttle. My MPG will definitely be going down for awhile. The powerpro gets ride of the shuttering at low speeds which is nice. I have the black LA CHOPPERS XXX on it's way in the mail. Can't wait to see how that affects performance.
The ride is sooooo much more comfortable now that it is lowered 2 inches with the 3 in. foot peg extensions. While cruising I just kick open the heel rest and enjoy the ride.

hey midlife... that looks great. i too hadnt realized you had went ahead and done the paint. i know you had polled us all which scheme to go to... but that looks great. Great choice!

Thanks. I'm really happy with the way it turned out. I need to find a good camera to do the paint job justice. You can't really see that its candied in these photos.

with all due respect with a lot of bikes i have seen here with the paint schemes.. i gotta say i really like how you have just the right amount of black and the right amount of chrome.. . and i think.. that white, just points that out. i like it a lot.
how long did it take you to get used to the pipes being that short exposing a lot more than you were used to? i bet the sound made that thought go away in no time.

I like the look of the short shot that's why I chose these. I think it makes the bike more rugged. The sould is freaking awesome. It's purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...fect! I was running through the gears out of a hole shot to see how they sounded along with the change in performance from the Powerpro. I hit my shiftpoints just before I thought what was redline (no tac) and I didn't shift to 5th grear until 90 mph. Went like this 2nd at 30mph, 3rd at 60mph, 4th at 80mph, and 5th at 90mph

They definatelly look great. I'm contemplating on gettin 2 slash staggered or 2 in 2 big radious.
I heard 2 in 2 now I wonder what do 2 slash staggered sound like.
