I recently purchased my 2012 Stryker in February and I still have not had a chance to ride it, however I have already started changing the bike! Sometimes I wish I never found this site!!!

I was able to take advantage of great incentives at the time, and paid only $8399 plus taxes, title, etc. Then, the accessories started adding up as I looked through the catalog.

I added:

Tall Quick Release Backrest and Pad
Tall Quick Release Windshield
Saddlebag Supports
Yamaha Soft Bags
Engine Guards
Tank Mini-Bra

Here is a pic coming fresh out of the crate:

Here is another when I got it home with the accessories:

I have also added the RAM iPhone mount with a wiring harness:

And I installed a pushbutton garage door opener based on ideas I found here:

Mods that I would like to try (at little to no cost and it seems like a logical progression):
- Drilled Exhaust 1/2" x 4 - Complete
- Half Air Box Mod
- Full Air Box Mod

Other add-ons I would like to do (in no particular order):

LED rear light kit and fender replacement
License Plate Relocation
Kuryaykn Mechanical Throttle Cruise Assist - DIDN'T FIT
Kuryaykn Clutch Side Matching Bar End Weight - DIDN'T FIT
Kuryaykn ISO-Flame Grips - Complete
Irate Customs Radiator Cover - Complete
BikeMaster Aluminum Mesh Panel (Black) for behind radiator cover - Complete
Kuryaykn Universal Drink Ring with Carrier
Kuryaykn Deco Eagle Front Fender Ornament
Kuryaykn Front Footpeg Adapters (pr)
Kuryaykn Rear Footpeg Adapters (pr)
Kuryaykn Widow Pegs (pr)
Kuryaykn Widow Pegs (pr)
Kuryaykn ISO-Stirrups (pr)
Kuryaykn Round Shift Peg Cover - Complete
Kuryaykn Round Brake Peg Cover - Complete
Yamaha Drive Belt Guard
Cobra Front Caliper Cap
Cobra Rear Caliper Cap
Barons Master Cylinder Cover - Flame
Custom Dynamics Voltage Regulator Cover
Cobra Slip-On Muffler with Scalloped Tip
Cobra PowrFlo Air Intake System
CruiserFX Lower Plate Chrome Accent
CruiserFX Chrome Neck Accent Covers
CruiserFX Plain Fork Nut Covers
CruiserFX Plain Stem But Cover
Pacific Coast Star Lower Belt Cover
Biker Mojo Replacement Plate - Fire Raven, Phoenix, or Spread Raven
Horn Relocation - Complete

Well. that's about it! I will add pics as I add more mods!

Also, thanks to everyone that has answered any questions I've had thus far! You guys are a great bunch of people! Thanks!

If you don't want to mess up your air box and exhaust I have a drilled exhaust for sale and a brand new air box. Let me know!
Thanks! I will keep that in mind. I was going to try both mods, and if I did not like how it turned out, I was going to go with the Cobra 2 to 1 pipe and the PowrFlo intake... Save before spend!!!! :)

May i suggest you looking into Front Peg Extensions? It made a huge difference in comfort for myself.

Extensions to move them forward, or to move them out from the bike?
It pushes them forward 3 inches. I think it's slightly out, maybe .5 inches. It just gives your legs a little break, and feels more natural.

Scootmod Forward Controls is what most people use.

Well, it's gonna have to wait until tomorrow. I need to run to the store for allen wrenches. Turns out the shift pegs need the smallest allen wrench in existence!!!! And I can't find my 8mm anywhere for the grips. This is the first bike that I have bought new, and I don't plan on selling it any time soon. It will be "my" bike when I am done... BRING ON THE CHROME!!!!

Dont tear it down too much. Looks like a decent riding day on Saturday. Want to meet up and ride? Would also like to see how those pegs look.

OK, pegs are on. I will write up a how-to soon, as there were a few tips/tricks. Pretty easy though, about 5 minutes per side...

Here is a comparison of the new to old peg - not too much bigger.

And here is the shift peg:

And the brake side:

And a front view:
