I use full syth~ mobile 1 on all my vehicles. I hear semi synthetic is the way to go on the stryker. I dont know. I get about 195 miles per tank on my stryker using the 92% octane grade fuel. Here is dallas we have 10% ethenol. (I did find a gas station (when I was in my car) in the pan handle that advertised no ethenol. I got 100 miles more on my tank! go figure! This ethenol the governmnet says is better is a BIG JOKE. Some high lrollers are getting paid big time! ) My trip on my stryker goes off around 160-165 miles. I also ride it like I stole it.

195 on a tank full may be the new record. I pushed a 137 and put in 3.7 gallons. I don't drive super hard, but I ain'tnot my granny either. That's great mileage. I just use the recommended Yamalube at each oil change.

I'm a little guy too, I guess that helps.. now this isn't everyday I get this. This is the best I have gotten several times when I push to see what I can get. My stretch to work is all hwy about 80 miles mph for about 20 minutes. I mentioned this to my buddy who is 6.1" about 240, he does not get the same mileage as I do. He also has a hwy stretch.

I run Mobil 1. My last 3 tanks avg 48mpg with my 240 rear tire. My best mpg with the 240 rear tire was 52, with the stock 210 I got 57-58mpg a few times but that was all hwy. When I play on the twisties I get low 30s mpg. I have gone 200 miles between fillups but normally I stop around 130 miles no matter what the fuel gauge says.

Wow! Nice mileage some of you get. Roughly 10 mpg over the factory/EPA estimate is pretty awesome.
I'm stock and average usually around 36-38 unless I add in some significant highway or longer stretches between stoplights.

With no hwy miles on the last few tanks & just a couple of pegging the speedo high speed runs I've been filling my tank around 165 miles.
Only about 10% is city & the rest is back roads.

I have a 240 rear tire so odometer is much closer to actual. Low fuel doesn't trip until the 150s.

We average 150 miles before the low fuel light comes on if we are lucky and didn't have to do much mountain road riding. Toby can get 50mpg on the freeway on long cruises. I am not quite that good yet liking to keep the rpms up on mine. we average 35 -38 mpg in the hills on tight twisties and 48 to 50 mpg on the open road.
We use yamalube 10-40 and oem filters and change the filters every single oil change. =) I just did the first servicing on my new baby... or I should say, I held the bike steady on our improvised bike stand while toby was under there doing all the hard stuff ;) grumbling that it was my bike, and I should be doing it *grins* He spoils me so much!

I'm a mileage freak. I don't care if it's just a bike, I like to know what kind of economy I'm getting out of it.

Here's a snapshot of my mileage tracking app. I've been tracking it since I bought it in October 2012. Up until about a month ago I've been completely stock. I now have a different air intake, V&H Big Radius, and the EJK tuner. Everything seems to be running nice and smooth, so I'm curious to track my mileage over the coming months.

My fuel light usually comes on in the 120-130 range, and I've put about 20 miles on under the warning light, but haven't wanted to push it past that. So, I can do about 150 per tank. For the first 8 months or so, I was running midgrade 89 octane. After researching and reading some posts, I've just gone down to regular 87. I've seen no mileage difference. I ride fairly hard.

I run Mobile 1 full synthetic in all my vehicles, but when it came time to change the Stryker's oil at 4,000, I actually went with Motul 7100 full synthetic. Next to Mobile 1, it's the best stuff on the planet.
