Yeah, I have a local guy that supplies me with Apple Pie when Jack isn't good enough, I've watched that show a few times and I question it's authenticity, seems to me it's a huge risk for these guys showing their faces brewing this stuff and I can't imagine why that sheriff would show all he's doing, if you're into the moonshiner stuff check out the movie Lawless

actually it doesn't use that much, the injectors are nitrous injectors and they spray a very thin fine mist

You were right, it shoots gas thru the nitrous injectors but its a minimal amount
