Hey guys and gals. So I am getting ready to give these pipes a try. I tried to search the forum and I dont think anyone has tried these yet (I Could be wrong?) so I figured Id go out on a limb. I love the look of them and they can be ordered in black best of all. What do you guys think? A custom shop in North Carolina is designing them. Im going to give them a call tomorrow and get this ball rolling.

I think thats great, I've been waiting for more exhaust options The V & H are good pipes but I'm not sold on the looks and I hate cobra pipes and will never put any of their crap on my bikes so any news on other vendors is welcome

I'd love to see these on a Stryker. I'd buy them. Confused however. If these are already manufactured by Mortons, then why are you having a custom shop designing them? Does that no longer make them Mortons, but a custom pipe by the custom shop.

Ya too skinny for my taste and come up too high for deep large saddle bags that I like.

I think they are the same size as most of the aftermarket pipes. I think they just don't have a heat shield. That's what it looks like to me, I could be wrong. But they do look dinky because of that, but should perform just as well.

I was also thinking they were similar in size to the cobras. Ive seen neither in person though so I don't know. Now you guys have me wondering
Definitely smaller than the Cobra Swepts...these do not have heat shields so I wouldn't purchase them based off that alone. I do however like the Morton’s Triple Tree and their BAK

Well gentlemen.....I love to bargain shop, i suppose that the fun in being a chick ;-) I found a set of black cobra swepts on ebay for 588.00 free shipping that I couldnt pass up so I guess this morton experiment must be passed on to someone else who is willing to give them a try.

like most stryker owners have spent the last few days tormenting myself on what exhaust to get so im glad ill get to sleep at night a little better now knowing ive pulled the trigger on something lol. I really hope I made a good choice here on the swepts. The mortons kinda just came up but I have been die hard comparing the swepts to the big radius for the last few days. It really all came down to the price and the deal being that the big radius would have to be ceramic coated in black for an extra chunk of change. Good luck to whoever tries these morton pipes!
