I was considering buying the supplies i needed to make the MOD bike lift with the wood block but i figure that would run me $20-$40, or maybe even $60?.... I can get a good one from some shipping yard over here for around $70-$100 From what my guy @ the shop told me... So i held off on making it lol

I got this one new from SummitRacing.com for 149.99. OTC brand. It has 17" runners that fit perfectly with widest part of frame just ahead of rear tire. with a few inches to spare. All other jacks only have 12" or 14" runners.

How is it when u lower the bike? does it come down ever so slowly? or real quick like?
