its been a while since i posted, just so busy lately havent even picked up my computer. but now to ask a question about the problem i have.

so, i installed swepts, and auto tune. now only getting about 90 miles per tank. took both off and went back to stock and getting roughly 120. this tank almost empty and gonig to put the auto tuner back on to see if thats the issue. also noticed my o2 sensor is black. i tried turning the auto tune off,(7 o'clock position) and it made no difference.

anyone else experience any issues similar to this??

ya they ssent me a new motherboard, one with a dialer. didnt seem to help. i even turned the dial to "7" which indicates the tuner is in the off position. talked to phil several times.

all connections clicked.

any chance that it could be my pipes? baffles are in and seal is tight at headers.

with no tuner and stock pipes got roughly 130 out of this tank, but i did wipe off the o2 sensor as it was black as night when i pulled it from pipe.

Sam if it was a true Autotuner, then the manafacture should proberly get a call, they will proberly replace the unit and maybe the O2 sencsor on there dime. Because that dose not sound right, a little lose in MPGs i would expect (throttle happy, equeals fun).

Sam, what did Phil tell you?
with overtime at work and all havent gotten to ride much, but finally went through a full tank (well not really cause gas light hasnt come on yet). I put the autotune back on but without the extra connectors for aftermarket pipes, and i am actually up a few miles as of now. gas light came on at stock at 119 or so with autotune on and not the extra connector on i am at 117 with no light.

Phil told me to try stock thru a tank, then try the autotune thru a tank, and then with autotune and pipes thru a tank... right now almost done with the autotune tank. off on monday and going riding, so maybe will get it figured out.

i think it could be a faulty extended connector ( i hope), because i cant really see it being the pipes being bad, but im no exhaust pro and could be so wrong.
