Mr Monte's Build - Back together after 6 months!

6 months ago my son layed down my Stryker on a gravel filled curve.

I dropped off the parts to painter #1 & after 5 1/2 months the police got my parts back & arrested him for theft.

I dropped off my parts to painter #2 last Thursday & picked up my painted parts today:)

I'm hoping to have time this weekend to get it all together.

After drop

Waiting for paint

I'll bet that pearl looks great in the sun! Can't wait to see pics of the completed bike outside.

Put my Stryker back together yesterday then it started raining. I took some pics this morning but will take more when (if) the sun comes out today. Its a crisp 20s F right not but should warm up to the 40s.

The Stryker started right up even after sitting over 6 months. That was the 1st time I've heard the Cobra Swept's in person. Youtube clips don't capture the awesome sound of these pipes.

Notice my rear peg location. I designed the bracket for the stock exhaust then Boolshot's made me a set. To fit the Cobra Swepts I had to cut, weld then trim a bit but I'm very happy with the end results. I sent my updated measurements to Boolshot's

Planning on fabbing up a chrome ring to go around the gas cap today.

Awesome, Mr. Monte. I know you can't wait to take it out for a ride. :thumb:
I just got back from an awesome ride. It warmed up to 32F & sunny. It has more pep than I remember. Forcast calls for sun & highs in the 40s the next 5 days. Pretty rare for the Northwest to have that much sun in a row so I have alot on riding to catch up on.

Installed chrome gas cap ring & chrome pulley cover.

After being apart for over 6 months I've been riding her almost every day for the last few weeks. Twice this last week I got caught in low 30s & rain. Gotta love heated grips. My homemade windshield really keeps the wind & rain off me.

Current Mod:
* Custom paint - black base with red pearl in clear coat
* Homemade 14.5" windshield
* Chrome Cobra Swepts exhaust
* O2 mod spliced into Cobra O2 extender
* Mustang seat
* Chrome Tall rear back rest
* Heated Avon Iso grips
* Rear tail light/tag relocation & LED light added
* Chrome Rad II mirrors
* Chrome gas cap ring with homemade back plate for easy install
* Dual heat controller for heated jacket/gloves
* 3" Scootmods forward controls
* Homemade rear peg relocation bracket
* 240 Metz rear tire
* Replaced black pulley cover, turn signals,air cleaner & rear fender struts with chrome
