Gooday Taz,

I have the same set up for my bike

I haven't installed the powrflo and the PC5 yet, but I'm planning on this week

What map are you using?

How did the power commander change your bike?

Is there anything I should look out for during the install?

I have some low speed chugging with just the swept pipes, I'm hoping the mods will take that away

Sorry for the bombardment of questions,

Have a great long weekend

I am having the Auto-Tune installed on Tuesday.

I am using Map#3 I think it is, there is only 5 maps and only one has the Cobra Swept pipes and a ram intake (not the cobra but none of them did). But once I get the auto-tune installed it will not matter as it will self adjust itself.

How it changed my bike I can't answer as I installed all three things at the same time. There is a difference in the way it feels and shifts and the run out in the higher gears but I don't know if it was any one or a combination of the pipes, commander or air kit.

Install went good, follow the instructions, they are right on point. They only give you 2 zip straps, we used about 8 or so, so make sure you have more to tie down the wiring. It really was plug and play.

I have some back fire and a little chugging myself still. I am hoping the auto-tune will get rid of that for me. As the map I used was not the exact map for the changes I made I do not think it was calibrated right. I was going to get it dyno'd but for the price difference I will get the auto tuner instead. (Custom dyno map in Calgary 350.00 or Auto-Tuner for 340.00 plus 100.00 install) I Googled it and watched some video's it is worth the install in my opinion for sure.

Never be sorry for asking a question, I never am...... Hope any of this helped, sorry if it did not.

Later, have a great long weekend.

****ty thing is I am limited to 14 pictures or something like that, not sure why so little but I do have more if you like. I have some here plus in another thread, I am pretty much at my 14.

Send me a private message with your e-mail and I will send you what I have.

I'd like to see some pan shots of the whole bike with the blacked out chrome. I'm thinking of doing it myself (I hate chrome) but curious to see what it looks like.

My bike is running amazing with map #3

I think later down the road I will buy the switch for the power commander, have the bike dyno'd one for performance and the other for fuel economy

If you go with the auto tune, my understanding is with our bikes being fuel injected liquid cooled the single is all we would need. The dual is for air cooled/carb bikes that require different fuel/air mixtures in each cylinder

I went with a single not a dual, just got it done picking it up today so I have not been out on it yet. I had map 3 as well but with the AutoTune they did a custom map for me and then it will tune itself from there.

Cousin IT I will take a short video when it is all done, I am only 1/2 way through it.

Let's see, correct me if I am wrong but you downloaded the map for cobra swept and the pacific coast air intake. I am guessing you have the cobra swept pipes and the cobra intake.your saying that it runs amazing in Canada with a custom map that was written in hot as He!! Las Vegas.......Hmmmmmm

Did you have it dyno'd locally?

Do you have two o2 sensors now ? or do you just have the one with the single band plugged in?

Mikoloe...... Yes I did have it running on Map#3 (no idea where it was done) and yes it ran GREAT compared to running the stock map it came with out of the box but as I said, not perfect so it was booked in for a dyno locally.

Also yes on: I did have to get a custom map for Calgary AB made when they installed the autotune here in Calgary. But with the autotune it will use it as a base and self tune as I ride.

I only have one sensor. They removed the stock O2 sensor and plugged the one from the autotune into that bung.

Our summers here are typically 75 to 90 with humidity it is 85 to 105

Funny enough, my bike runs better on the cooler days

Yes, Map 3 works well with my set up, I do still get a little surging in second 35/40mph and now a bit of a serge 45mph in 3rd but WAY better than before

I am going to buy the toggle switch for the PC5 and get my bike dyno'd one for performance the other for fuel economy

Cheers
