Just received my mustang touring 2 piece via UPS today and immediately put it on the bike and took it for a 50 mile (1 hourish) ride to test it out. I'm ~180lbs, 5'6" for reference.
For me the seat was a definite improvement. I'm not going to say earth shattering since the stock seat wasn't as horrible as some other bikes I've owned. It's very plush and supports my legs/butt well and you feel like your "cupped" in it way more than the stock shape (by visual inspection you'd expect this).
My ride was mostly just straight hwy riding around 50-65mph and by the end of it my back was ready for a break more so than my butt. I don't know if other Stryker riders experience this but I tend to "slouch" down a little in my lower back when I ride and have to keep telling myself to straighten up. The constant wind-blast tends to wear me out a little on longer rides (and I don't care for windshields).
As other's have stated, this seat does move you up (maybe 1" tops) and forward (again, 1" tops imo) and being 5'6" I was able to have the front half of both feat on the ground. With the stock seat I'm just barely not able to flat foot booth feet at the same time.
