3rd picture down. I notched out the inside radius for the 6 points on the axle bolt with a bridgeport. So the axle itself stops the plate mount from rotating. Then I threaded the inside diameter of the axle with a 1/2-13 tap (perfect fit) and bolted it right on.8sec-z said:
