The Cobra Swept pipes that I ordered 2 months ago finally released from the manufacturer. I should get them in a week and a half or so. Cant wait, will post pics and vids when all done. Anyone else that preordered these pipes should also see them pretty soon depending on where they ordered them from. I got mine from Phat Performance.

They would have been delivered today, but the **** UPS guy waited like 10 seconds after ringing door bell to leave with them. Someone has to sign for them. Now I got to wait till Monday...ugh! I also have the Cobra Auto-Tuner on back order, but Cobra hasnt released them for the Stryker yet...double ugh! Definitely will post pics/vids when done. I do plan to video before and after so everyone can hear the difference. Like most of you I already have drilled each pipe with eight 1/2" holes. Cant wait to see the what it is going to sound like with the new pipes.

did you also a fuel controller with the pipes.
You won't really need a fuel controller until you install a BAK, and pipes. The stock ECU does a good job with after market pipes, but falls short when you introduce more air on the intake side of the engine.

I didn’t have to wait after all. I went down to UPS Saturday and they yanked them off the truck for me. I have one pic and before, baffles in, baffles out vids. The cheap camera doesn’t do these pipes justice with sound. HUGE difference in sound between the three. I am very happy. Decided baffles out. Money well spent. Yes, the upper heat shield has a ding. It got damaged in shipment. I have emailed Phat to see if they can send me another upper. I don’t see shipping the whole set back just to replace one part. Whacha all think.

BTW, yes that is a HD in the background, but no it is not mine. It belongs to my father-in-law who lives with us due to health issues. He is thinking about selling it and buying a Stryker. He really likes mine. His HD is a very loud bike even for HD standards. We had them running side by side and mine was an extremely close second far as decibals. My neighbors were pissed...lol.

I wont be able to hear these until I get home, but they look great. Nice to hear you removed the baffles. I did the same with my Swepts on my Raider.

Desiree's going to be bummed. She wants these.
