Hi Everyone!! I'm new to riding and i just bought a yamaha Strkyer. My rims on my car was stolen a few weeks back, so i decided to get an alarm on my new bike. I've read some reviews on the alarm and it seems pretty reliable. GPS and Theft deterrant! Nobody seems to know how to install this system, so I'm going to take on the task of doing it myself. I've read a few forums on location, so I think i have that down. I just need help with the whole wiring thing. Seems pretty straight forward, but a little guidance will help ease my concerns. Thanks in advance!!

looks very similar to the Scorpio alarm that I installed on my bike. The components even look the same (although mine does not have GPS). Anyway the install was very straight forward. Took me about an hour. That main controller (with the r-link sticker) fits nicely under the tank right at the base where it meets the seat. Its out of the elements and locked under the seat so no tampering with it.

Did you buy the OEM connector or did you use the hone that came with the alarm? I'm having an issue with locating the wires.

Whew!! I finally got the alarm system connected. Once you find the wires, everything is simple.
