Tip-- Don't do any mods unless you are prepared to never stop. Very addictive on this bike. My Wife has given up on worrying what I'm going to do next! HEHEHE:thumb:

i bought mine 2013 on july 28 and when i asked the dealer abt 2014 he said it will be in next year...

Welcome, congrats on the bike. My tip is take it slow and never be complacent. New riders tend to get comfortable around the 6 month mark and thats when accidents start to happen... plus cagers (cars for any who may not know the term) might as well be aiming for us half the time.

I'd recommend the Motorcycle Safety Course if you haven't ridden a streetbike before. It can also help lower insurance costs if you're younger.

Depends on the dealer location, dealer size, and dealer's current stock of prior year models. Dealers are ranked based on a lot of factors which determines how many bikes they get, and when. The closest dealer for me where I bought mine is an hour away, they said they are expecting their 2014 strykers by november. Cruisers don't change much in design, mostly just paint jobs, so for the price of the 2011 I couldn't find any reason to wait for the 2014. I do like the grey paint scheme, but that's why Plasti dip was invented. haha.
