Hello! No Stryker yet! Researching the possibility and liking what I've been reading. Only thing I don't care for is the 4 gal tank, but the range ought to be similar to my current ride Vulcan 500 (to reserve anyway). Other bike in consideration is the Vulcan 900 Custom.

I agree, get the stryker. I also came from a Vulcan 500. I traded it in for a Stryker last year and have not looked back. I really liked my 500 but the difference is night and day. You are correct on the range, It seems to have about the same range to a Tank full of Gas, so no difference there. Playing catch up to my friends after taking off from a stop light is non existent with the stryker compared to the 500. Take it from a former Vulcan 500 owner, this is a great step up. Good luck with your decision.

Welcome, man! I too was looking at the VN900 custom, just didn't like the 2011 colors. Found the Stryker - ball game.

This dude that rides a blue VN900 custom I always see around the corner at the Albertson's.... He's always like, man I love the all blacked out (Raven) look of your bike!! More power too.

Had the vulcan 900 custom , not even in the same ballpark as the stryker , when I would hit 75 on the freeway it was really whinding out , the stryker just wants more , stryker is 100% better in my opinion .
