Hello!

New member here. Just got my 2013 Raven Stryker last month.

Already did two mods on its first month:

- Plasti dipped all chrome, gas tank, and rear fender.
- drilled six 3/8 holes on baffles.

Question: I'm planning on removing the baffles all out. I called the dealer's shop and see if I could have them remove it because I don't have the tools to do the work myself. They said that if the baffles were to be removed, it's going to require a fuel controller? They're asking $800 for the whole mod including labor and the fuel controller.

Also looking into adding new tires and store my stock just for keeps. I'm stuck between the Avon Cobra (240) and the Michelin Commander II (240).

Any suggestion?

Thx,

Akuma

Welcome from kansas city missouri. Bikers for babies is coming up in September.

Exhaust question, for 800 $ I would buy a aftermarket exhaust. The fuel controller I personally don't know on that, but from what I've read on this form if you just do an exhaust people say YOU DO NOT need a fuel controller
I love my avon 240 tire.

Welcome from Denver!

I agree with DeputyStryker. If they're going to charge you $800 to pull baffles, go for aftermarket. I've found that while aftermarket stuff is louder anyway, the baffles are easier to pull if you want to go louder... Which I'm always a fan of.

I don't have a fuel controller, and I have Cobra Swepts that I've pulled the baffles from and I have no issues.

And I have a Metzler 240 and I love it. I may move up to a 300 when I can, but I'm just being picky... :)

Welcome to the forum. Going to want to gut that Cat out of the front of muffler assembly also if you keep the stockers. Just buy a Cobra Slip-on and save yourself a bunch of cash and don't get a fuel controller till you open up the intake. Good start on your mods by the way. Enjoy!

Just got the baffles removed. Any backlash from doing this mod?

Do I need to add anything else?

This bike drones like a mother**** now!
No problems I have found but only put @1000 miles on the bike since I did it . My cat is still in place to keep alittle back preasure in the exhaust . Gotta say love the sound :thumb:
