Hey guys and gals....just wanted to drop a line and say hey to all you fellow Stryker owners. Coming from a sport bike I was a little hesitant to move into the cruiser world...that is until I saw the Stryker. I instantly fell in love with this bike and it continues to deliver. Its bone stock right now and probably will be for this year. But anyone who knows me, knows that my vehicles don't stay that way for long! Looking forward to learning from all of you and sharing ideas and opinions.

Thanks for all the welcomes. I'm living in Fort Mcmurray so probably no trips to Saskatoon that I can see but who know.

As for bad roads in southern AB ... You should try driving up here. Tons of sand on the roads. And the sad excuse they use to patch potholes are a biker death trap. Basically a truck that sprays a mixture of hot tar and pea gravel in the holes. If you strike one of those while it's still fresh and has lots of loose pieces...hold on for a ride!

Lmao! Yeah, I live in Lethbridge, but work in Ft Mac. Thought about towing my bike up to ride around until I saw the condition of the roads. It has to be one of the most dangerous places to ride. I'm pretty sure if they waited another year they wouldn't have to twin highway 63. It would just split itself in two along the fault line thats there already. You also have what seems like every big rig in the country on the road at the same time!

If you ever make it south, let me know and we should meet up. Meanwhile, ride safe up there.

Yeah no doubt we have some sketchy roads. Not to mention some crazy distracted drivers.

Yeah I was watching Canada's Worst Driver a few years ago and they were all from Albert! The entire show. Scary to think that these people drive among us ???

This is the first I've heard of star days. Sounds interesting... if I'm home, I'll probably take a tour up there.

As far as Alberta drivers go, I attribute it to the fact that a large number of Saskatchewan drivers move here :p
