New mustang seat is awesome. Superior comfort for rider and passenger. Had one on old bike, first thing I ordered for my new Stryker and it arrived yesterday.

Not sure if its actually narrower or not but you dont feel the bars on your thighs when sitting up close to tank. I thought it might raise the seat height, which is an issue as I have a short inseam, but its negligible if any. Well worth the money.

Being short as well, does it comfortably bring you closer to your handle bars? I would like an inch or more, to give my arms some bend

It will move you forward about a inch or so. I have one with the backrest and love it BUT I may be selling it here soon because we had some unexpected medical bills come up that is really hurting the bank account so I need to sell some luxury items if I decide to sell it it will be in the classifieds in the next day or so.

that's the exact setup I have but I have the short chrome QR passenger backrest and I love it
