There bare metal, for $35 I figure people can paint/coat their own. If I had it done in black, someone would want red, just how it goes?
If you want a vert plate, we can put it so it will not touch the fender, either lower, or out enough to clear.

What I like about it is that it tucks nicely into the pulley. I'm just concerned that if I went the verticle route with a ten or 15 degree tilt, it would have to be mounted lower which might scrape on the turns or outward which will loose the pulley tuck look. I'm just hesitant to be the guinea pig :p otherwise I'd buy one on the spot!

do you have a pic from the rear of the side plate with and without the bags?

This is what im looking for, tucked in front of the rear pulley. If your still taking orders, can you let me know.

Just curious if it would work or whatever, but is there a way to make a side mount license plate then at the end of the support bracket where the mounting plate would go, at the end of the supporting bracket was like a hole and the back of the license plate mount have a hole and the two pieces bolted together so you could change out the mounting plate from horizontal to vertical and vis versa.
I can see it in my head, probably didnt explain it very well.

Could this work straigthtjack??? Anyone else's 2 cents on this... I like the vertical mount but my state law says horizontal, but when i ride with the law then i think im good with a vertical plate

So I'm a little confused. the first pic shows a bracket that will require taking the rear wheel off while the second pic has a slot so you can just loosen it? Which one is in production. Also, can you make the Canadian plate size 8x5?

So I was bored and I thought I would give this one ago. If I had the materials, bender and welder I am sure this could come together. It would take some time to get the measurements and aesthetics right, but once it was done I think it would work great. I don't think it would look a clean as the current one, but hey whatever floats your boat. ;D

Yes there are two different styles, you can do either one. I have made Canadian plates before, really need to measure it out along with the bolt pattern as there are more than one size.

Is it possible to loosen the axle nut without worrying about loosening the belt? Or do you have to re-adjust the belt anytime the axle nut comes off? On my R6 there was a secondary bolt that actually set the tension so as long as that wasn't touched, the chain remained correct... it looks to be the same way on the stryker, but I'd rather make sure first.

Well then I'm sending you a PM now... lol. I have a temporary mount b/c I really didn't want to have to mess with the tension... but if it is going to stay (obviously I'll double check it to be sure before riding) then I'll get this.

All the bracket have gone out you guys should be seeing them by Tue? We'll see how fast PM is?

As for the vert plate it's done as well, will post a pic,and the double position should be posted tomorrow. Sorry for the delay guys, had to help a good friend move and it took some of my time from welding.

Krazymike - this is for you if you want it? LMK
