I've been lurking for a few weeks now so I figured I'd introduce myself. I'm John - 41 living in Jackson, MS. Traded in my rocket on a blue 2011 Stryker about 4 or 5 weeks ago. First cruiser and I'm diggin' this one. I have about 1200 miles on it already. I have plans for a few mods (a boulevard windshield and a set of those scootmods peg extenders initially) but it'll come slow.

I have not seen another Stryker around town so I get a lot of looks and compliments on it. Nice lookin' community you've got here.

Ah yes, the mod bug has bitten. Sure am enjoying the bike stock though. I think I'm going to go ahead and order those peg extenders from Scootmods... I have a 34" inseam and I'd like to straighten my legs out more. As it is now, I kick my foot up on the shifter and ride that way. In the long term, I want to customize the paint, cut the rear fender short, take that stock plastic off where the tag is and mount it sideways, etc. I bought the bike because I liked the power and the rake but afterwards, I found this site and all the opportunities that there are to make it mine. Very happy with the purchase. Nice folks here.
