Just picked up my stock red 2012 Friday. Rode a little over 150 miles last 2 days. Awesome machine!!
Back into biking after 25 years off. Kids are grown so time to climb back on.
Unreal how the machines have changed in 25 years!!

I am 6'5" and the fit is a little cramped. I have forward controls on order from dealer (Lightning Performance) and everyone says it will make a world of difference. Also getting detachable windshield, bags and backrest. I want the option of on or off.

I thought the low profile would make the ride stiff/tight, etc., but am presently surprised.
It was between the Stryker and HD Switchback.
The Switchback was a little smoother on road but can't handle the vibration at lights, stop signs, etc.
Plus, the HD was about $6 grand more.

Can't wait to get it set up as "mine". Have already started the love affair though.

Welcome. Being 6'4" i hear your pain. Forward controls makes a big difference, also check out the kury swing wing footpegs. I have these set up and love them, first bike i can stretch my legs out on.

Here is a photo of the foot peg + extension

Thanks for the idea Ronin.
Does the new footpeg cause any problems when cornering/turning?
I am looking forward to getting my feet out front a little.
