Well, turn signals came in today and I gotta ship em back. Never realized that the front forks have black tubing over the actual fork, thereby increasing the diameter. Sooo... I happened across a set of BT speakers with integrated turn signals. I'm gonna give that a go instead. Here's what it looks like. Comments?

Is your plan to mount those speaker/blinkers on the bottom of the bars? I think that would look better than sticking up, but you might run into interference with the tank. What is the black tubing on the forks made of? Maybe you could remove it, trim off the area where the signals would go, and reinstall it.

It appears to be aluminum tubing. And yes my intent was to hang them underneath. I'm not inclined to cut the tubing off though. The less shiny I see, the better it looks 😉

I've never looked super close at a blacked-out Stryker, but are those tubes factory or aftermarket? It seems weird that the factory would add aluminum sleeves for appearance sake

You might scan this forum or the web for close-up pics of blacked out Strykers. I'm feeling like those sleeves are add-on, which would likely mean the signals you were sent do fit factory forks.

Hi, that tubes aren't factory' ones, maybe aftermarket designed for the midnight star or DIY; I have a similar ones.
Probably your blinker relay will not work properly..

Side note, if I have a regular ole stanley tape measure, is there a way to get the size without having to remove everything?

Wrap a piece of string around the fork tube and mark where it overlaps itself then lay the string out straight and measure with the tape measure.

The speakers have good reviews. Last music system I mounted on a bike was the kuryaken thunder something lol . It was on my vrod and also on a fatbob . Very loud at 80 mph you could still hear it. Nowadays I just wear my sedici Bluetooth helmet and run my mp3 player. Safer all around - IMO .

I've seen someone remove the stock license plate bracket completely and install the plate onto the swing-arm with a 007plate license plate bracket, looked pretty cool

Decided on led wraparounds. My helmet has BT in it already for music and phone so I don't really need to add any more BS stuff to it.

A RAM mount system should easily handle your phone mount question. I use em on all my bikes.

Those pipes are Cobra Swept aftermarket pipes. I have them on my bike. You will either have a fuel controller under your seat (Fi2000 or another one) or you will have Ivan's Flash on your ECU as Rustyjake mentioned. Maybe you have both, as the pipes will work that way as well. You cannot just have those pipes on there without some sort of fuel control system.

I have often thought of removing my front signals and installing these Amber LED TruWRAPZ™ Auxiliary Front Fork Turn Signals or the metal version. So that's an option for ya...

Went with your suggestion and installed these led wraps from amazon. Hope the inspection place will let em slide. They don't have continuous power, and just blink is all.
The ecm doesn't have anything etched into it to state whether or not it was flashed, and I haven't seen anything plugged in either. Maybe it was unplugged just for ****s n giggles?

If your pcm is flashed or mapped then by hooking it up to a laptop with the website pulled up the chart will allow you to open any current map . If there's no map there then it will tell you. ( That's how the power commander 5 works . ) not sure what you have. I think maybe you're just talking about a flash onto ecm ??
