Hey my name is Nick and I recently purchased a new stryker. I live in Northeastern ohio, and have only gotten to put on 230 miles on the bike so far this year but I love it! Don't like how quiet it is stock so I drilled the baffles a little bit and it helped a little but I would like to make it louder. Saving up for my wedding next april so that puts a little bit of a damper on getting a new exhaust right away. Im not afraid of a little work so I guess what im getting at is how hard is it to remove the baffles? I have seen several different routes of doing it and was just curious with your guys experience in what you did to do it, also was curious how the bike ran with them out. If anyone has any information on this for me it will be greatly appreciated and hopefully others live in my area and we could meet up some time!

Welcome to the forum from Buffalo NY. I drilled 4
1/2 inch holes in each baffle and really like the sound. Enjoy your Stryker!

I did drill the baffles, did that right after I got it home, it helped a lot but I still wish it had a deeper sound. My old bike (02 vstar classic) had a full vance n hines exhaust on it. Obviously im not expecting that removing my baffles will make it sound the same. Its just hard to go from a bike that was that loud to go to a very quiet one
