Just wanted to take the time to introduce myself. My name is John and I just bought a new Stryker Raven. So far I have removed the stickers and drilled the baffles. I am a new motorcycle rider and in the US Army, stationed at Fort Knox, but live in E-town, KY.

Future plans:

Clean up the rear end with a sidemount plate holder. Still looking for a black one with a light on it.

Pipes, grips, pegs, QR backrest, intake and blah blah blah as money allows.

Look forward to sharing and learning from everyone here.

Take care,
John

Congrats on purchasing the best bike available.
Thanks for your service, too.

I used road6customs.com for the side mount bracket in black, part#0043 $18 I think
Here's the led plate frame I used, $32 shipped, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Radi...9812213QQptZMotorcyclesQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories

Thanks for the warm welcome. As I tell everyone it truly is my pleasure to serve this country.

Thanks 8 Sec Z,

I just ordered that plate frame that you linked. Did you do a thread on your install yet? I am getting ready to cut off the beavertail, just looking for an idea to run the wiring to the plate frame without it: a. Getting wrapped up in the belt and, b. being seen.
