I removed my stock headlight to install a new 6.5" headlight. Not a bad job just cold outside.
I held the light up in position and just not feelin the new light. Wife says looks way to big for the bike. Tried the 4.5" black headlight and says looks to small for the bike. Might just go back to the stocker. Took some pictures and put them in Photobucket so, let me know what you all think.

This is the lightbulb that came with the 6.6" light. Never saw one like this before. So I mounted an H-4 but now what to do with the extra hole. Not sure what the smaller bulb is supposed to do.

Couple of shots

OPINIONS PLEASE

Hard to see the overall lines this close up, but it looks ok to me. I have a larger headlight bucket myself that I hope to get around to this Winter, so I'd love to see more pics of yours. Maybe similar angles, just farther back so we can see the overall look. Thanks.

I think its the visor. Its very deep and doesn't look right (to me)

The black one is definitely too small. Good for a dual setup perhaps.

My guess for the little bulb is that its a "parking light." Since the headlight only comes on when the bike is running, the little one comes on with the key only.

What's the chrome light off of?

I have to agree, it seems like one of those headlights is too big and the other too small. That stinks.

I've been admiring the dual wave but I think I will run into same issue, that it will seem too small.

I'm looking at that light myself, and the measurements seem to indicate that I can tuck it back between the forks a bit too. I would love to see the dual wave on our bike so I can get an idea first. I hate to order one based on guess work alone.

Joe I agree with everyone else. The chrome one looks a lil too big and the black one looks way too small. Nyjols looks just the right size.

I like the demon cycle dual light. Just waiting for someone else to guinea pig it lol. I guess I may have to be the one.

I like the size of the chrome one just not the location. The light would'nt look so big if it were black. Being chrome makes it look bigger.

The chrome one is nice... just sits to far forward (my opinion)... would look better in black. The Black one is to shrimpy for my taste... but the only opinion that matters is yours Joe!
