I bought my sissy bar and pad from them and they were great to deal with. No worries!! I did find a company that sold stuff even a little cheaper. I have recently purchased some T shirts from them and have had no problems with them as well. its www.yamahasportsplaza.com They have great prices on Stryker parts and accessories too. I am not affiliated with either and like I said I used both and very happy with them.

DO NOT ORDER from these guys!!! I tried to order a backrest pad and windshield from them and everything went wrong, late delivery, half the delivery was shipped, overcharged, and communication is very unprofessional.

I repeat: DO NOT ORDER from these guys. Spend a couple dollars more and support your local shops or internet shops that are reliable.

Personally I deal with MEAN CYCLES. Great pricing, customer service, and knowledge about Yamaha in particular.

Ok I was thinking about a backrest wondering why they were so much cheaper ,but the headach would not be worth it, Think I will stick with the local stealership they give me 15% off.

I ordered my backrest, pad, luggage rack, windshield mount from then and it took about 2 weeks to get which they said it would my windshield is backordered but wasn't there fault. no problems so far
