I had trouble with them too
Sent my gas-tank on March 7th for a stretch, rust-proofing liner, and pop top gas cap. Also ordered a air kit, pipes, and forward controls.
One month later, I didn't get the air kit and I canceled that order. It took one more month until I got a refund.
As of May 14th, NOTHING was done to the tank. The week before that I asked for a commitment for completion. I was told I couldn't get that commitment and maybe I should just take the tank back. I said sure, then they made me wait for 4 more days until the tank was sent back at my expense.
When I asked if Greg (the guy I seemingly spoke to weekly) if he thought it was ethical after not getting ANYTHING done on my tank, to charge me for shipping. He said "yes, that is ethical". But not before mentioning that he should have sent back the tank COD to avoid my dispute. I didn't intend to dispute the charge, I actually WANT him to live with my $50 and his vision of ethics.
By the way, I bought $1200 worth of other parts and wish I could somehow send that back too.
Almost forgot to mention, they had my seat for almost four weeks, no work completed there either.
Good luck to anyone else trying to do business with Pacific Coast Star
