I talked to the guys at PCS the other day about the new exhaust they were making. They are almost done with the prototype, having formed it from a vstar 1300. T
They are looking to start off with 2 types, the Thugstar and the Curburner. The Curburner is a 2 into 2 in black and chrome, Ceramic coated inside and out.

Black will go for approx $449
Chrome for approx $620 ish

the Thugstar is a 2 into 1, with a very deep throaty sound, also ceramic inside and out

Black approx $465
Chrome approx $640

I'll be up there in a couple of weeks and if they have any done they will be able to test it on my stryker and take some appropriate pics for you guys!

I'll keep you informed when I learn more! Also, let me know any questions you may have that I can try and get answered.

have a safe weekend!

Just an FYI: on the vstar 1100 forum PCS was well known for poor quality products. Peeling ceramic coating on exhaust was a common complaint and peeling chrome on various chrome parts.

They were also known for being non-responsive on support requests.

Personally, I never bought anything from them so I have no first hand knowledge. But that is because I usually steer clear of that kind of outfit.

I emailed PCS and they are hoping to have these out by late September. He said it depends on how complicated the prototype is. But, his best guess is Sept. I believe I may cancel my Freedom Performance order and go with these. Freedom Performance customer service is the WORST. Not too mention, I like these pipes better.
