Paint color???

I am looking to paint my bike. I am going to start with the "chrome" plastic covers. I figure I can get some practice before I move on to the larger parts. I plan on having the tank and rear fender one color and the plastic covers and the exhaust a different color. I was originally going to just go mat black, but would love to be a little different. I want to go with the mat finish. I plan on starting with the covers about mid month. Please let me know if anybody has any inputs/ideas.
