We went to look at the bike yesterday for the wife ... first, the 2012 black version has WAY TOO much chrome. I think we may opt for the red/orange version as it was already blacked out and just paint it black (we're painting my Raider so we might as well paint hers well we are at it)

Second, the missus noticed a bracket on the passenger peg ... is it used for anything? It looks as though it might be handy for something, just not sure what. She wont' be having passengers, so in true dreadly style, started to think what she could remove instantly.

You could probably still find a 2011 Raven somewhere. I saw one at the dealership yesterday for a good price.

I use the heel guard portion of the rear pegs for a tie down point, thats it.

Since it is HER bike, we went with the black instead of red/orange ... ;D

The dreadly's will run the street in 2012 with 3200cc of Yamaha power ;D

The brackets that hold the passenger pegs have red loctite on them and are a real ***** just a heads up, I thought I stripped mine at first. I'm using mine to build a new saddlebag holder since I have the Lm rear fender and the drape over bags ruin the paint.
